# Marketing: Intercom (Messaging)

Customer messaging and support platform API for managing contacts, conversations, messages, companies, articles, and tags.

Call the `run_marketing_tool` tool with `tool: "intercom"` and `args: [...]` — args is the same
`{resource} {action} [--flag value ...]` shape as the CLI itself. Output is JSON on stdout.

Example: `run_marketing_tool` with `tool="intercom"`, `args=["--help"]`.

Needs the secret(s) `INTERCOM_API_KEY` set in the vault (Secrets UI) — ask the operator to add them if
