Watchers
Have your agent tell you the moment something happens — a file changes, a log fills with errors, a page moves.
“Install in 00” opens the Mac app and asks which agent should get it — the whole folder, with its screen, its manifest and any tools. “Download bundle” is the same 2 files as JSON, for an agent tool that is not 00.

A prompt template is the wording, not a screen: a New Session entry with blanks you fill in — a folder, a date, a few words — and the agent takes it from there.
Watch the file to watch for what to look for and when it matches, what you should do. Create the watcher with 00 watchers new, then confirm the file it wrote.
